The Government simplified the employment of foreigners

Since this time, foreigners no more need to go abroad and come back again after obtaining of work permit.

The relevant decision was made on 18 July. This decision provides for impossibility to refuse the registration of a residence permit on the reason that the date of entry into the territory of Ukraine is earlier that the date of obtaining of the work permit.

Until this time, the employees of State migration service require the foreigners to leave and return to Ukraine to obtain the residence permit.
