Managing partner Igor Popadiuk from Nortоn law firm participated in the III Ukrainian Bar Association Forum on Competition Law: Debt, Restructuring and Bankruptcy

The III Ukrainian Bar Association Forum on Competition Law took place in Radisson Blu Hotel on 17 November 2017.

This event was traditionally focused on three key aspects of competition process: debt recovery, bankruptcy and restructuring.

The event has traditionally established itself as a unique platform for the exchange of ideas and experience between lawyers, judges, insolvency practitioners and bank representatives, debtors and creditors.

The professional community that participated in this event had an excellent opportunity to discuss the questionable issues in bankruptcy cases and also the ways to resolve them.
